Some progress pictures! A year ago my my cousin got married and I wore this dress. I had been keto for a month and was 15 lbs down from my high weight of 261. I felt awesome about myself and I love how happy I look in the first pic. The second pic is today, down 70 lbs total. I had no idea what I was capable of when the first picture was taken. I do now. 😊
