75 pounds down! 369 to 294.I started eating healthy, about 1800 calories a day.cutting out fast food which was kinda an obsession and added more fruits and veggies and walking (fast) 2-4× a week about 2 miles almost 6 months ago…and this is the result :) I still struggle when it comes to holiday food limiting (birthdays,family reunion,showers and so on ) and getting my water is tough for me. But I feel so much better and stronger!!! Still have almost 100 to go but I’m so much closer to that now. Good luck everyone and follow me for more updates!
