Started in March, but I didn’t get serious until May and that’s when most of the weight started really falling off.


This is my before and during! I am still going through my weight loss journey and transitioning into a more healthy lifestyle. I’ve tried weight watchers and different diets and the one that seemed to work best was weight watchers. However, now I don’t follow any particular diet. I just eat clean and work out 5x a week. Also I drink LOTS of water. That’s most important. I do cardio 5x a week and also weight lifting every day. I fell in love with living a healthy lifestyle and exercising, and I don’t think I could ever go back to how I was before. My goal weight is anywhere between 145-155 depending on how I am feeling and how my body will look once I hit that weight.
