I’m 5'4’ (aprox. 160cm?)
This is not my goal, it’s only two months difference.
From 77.5kg (171p.) to 68kg(150p.) now.
I’m 17 years old and I’m on dukan’s diet. I don’t do exercises but I try to walk at least 10k steps daily, but it’s okay even less.
My goal weight is 50kg (110p.) but ultra goal weight 48 (106p.)
I know it’s not a big difference but it is to me to be honest, and I can’t wait to lose more weight :)
