Well here’s my before and after weight loss pics. I feel I have a little left to go but it’s always a good idea to appreciate what you’ve already achieved. 1st picture- 15stone 7lbs 2nd/ 3rd picture- 10stone 4 lbs For my health I’d like to be around 8 stone, but it’s not going to be easy!
