It’s officially been one year since my VSG and some things have changed! Photo taken the day before surgery at 303 lbs and yesterday at 169 lbs. I lost a total of 134 lbs and I gained pure energy, clarity, and resolve. I never thought one year could change so much. I didn’t “cheat” by having surgery- I took my life into my own hands!
