Not done this in a while - three years difference!
65lb weight loss through eating lots of healthy food, not restricting my calories, cutting out (as best I could) processed food, returning back to being a vegetarian, running a few miles a few days a week, doing basic strength training and trying hard to be happy by spending my life doing something that I love and having the most supportive boy by my side each day.
It’s like looking at a whole different person when flicking through old photographs. Some days you just need a reminder of how far you’ve come.
