Progress time!

First photo: 2010, approximately 154lbs, terrible vegetarian diet, no exercise

Second photo: Feb 2015, approximately 126lbs, healthy vegan diet, lots of cardio

Third photo: May 2015, approximately 126lbs, healthy vegan diet, combination of weight training and a little cardio

->The initial weight loss started Jan 2013 and took me around 9 months to lose the weight

->I’m so excited to see what the next few months will hold for me! maybe lower body fat and some abs (that would be very nice!)
