It’s always fun to look at before and after photos, and see how much I have done in the past four years. It helps me remember how far I have come, and how many times I’ve had to change up my fitness routine, my eating plan, and my mind-set to keep pushing towards my goals. To think that I once weighed three hundred pounds, and to now weigh about one-hundred and fifty is still hard to believe. However, that is the reality of my hard work. I hope to inspire others, and help them out through their fitness journey.
