Hi! My name is Andie and I have been living a healthy lifestyle for about three years now. My weight loss began in the summer of 2012 when I moved away to college. I realized that I was very uncomfortable with my weight and for the first time in my life, I had full control over what was in my fridge. I started out eating healthier things, which I like better anyways, and cutting out all junk food/drinks. After I got my diet under control, I started exploring the trails near my apartment with my dog. Walking led to running and running led to races and that is basically how I ended up here! I lost all my weight by running, biking, horse riding, and clean eating. I am still (definitely) a work in progress and you can follow my blog to track my progress.
