I have really encouraging family, friends, and coworkers.
After a while, most wild cravings are the result of being hangry.
Snacks are vital.
Salads are rarely necessary (and who wants ‘em, really?).
A little olive oil and parmesan can make any vegetable taste good.
—but quinoa is actually disgusting.
Running takes serious mind games, but it shows you what you’re made of.
Hiking is ALWAYS better than being stuck in the stuffy gym.
Healthy habits come from a consistent routine.
I still have a long way to go before I’m where I want to be.
A healthy lifestyle shouldn’t have a deadline.
Confidence is irreplaceable.
I am really alive.
