Hi! I am 5'6. My start weight was 155, and my weight now is 140 :) It took me 3 months! I have completely changed my diet and I workout 6 times a week. I follow the Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide and honestly it has changed my thinking!!! I look forward to working out and eating healthy now. My life has changed for the better. I no longer care about the scale, I just want to be the healthiest version of me!! I’m so excited to continue my life being healthy. I wrote a little blog post on it on my blog desireemerci.com :) I hope this helps someone else who is struggling to get the motivation to start living a healthy & active life :)
