50 pounds down and honestly feeling wonderful. My goal is to try and lose 35 more pounds.If you want to know how I did it… The answer is I just started eating better. I started counting calories. I introduced fruits and vegetables into my daily diet. Of course I slipped up! I would say a lot even. But what’s important is that I started up again after every time I fell down. I feel so much better about myself and I can’t wait to continue my journey.
