These pictures are 5 weeks apart and I’m so happy that I can see results. I never believed people when they told me that you need to incorporate healthy eating habits as well as exercise. I was exercising 5-6 days a week, about 1-2 hours each time yet seeing NO results. My eating of course was horrible! I finally decided to start doing Kayla Itsines BBG and my eating changed completely, and I’ve managed to lose 22 pounds! I am so excited to continue the rest of the guide and see the results. I’m not going to go back to the lifestyle I had before, because I love the way I feel now and I love my body. Just know that you can do it!!! I hadn’t broken the 180’s in 3 years, and I finally did! Stay motivated and determined and you’ll be surprised how far your body can go. If anyone has any questions, ask away!
