Hey!
I’m Isabel and i’m 17 years old. I’m 167cm tall and my starting weight (left pic) was 97kg. The right picture was taken a month ago (76kg) and my current weight is 93kg. My weightloss journey started July 2014 so my total weightloss till today is of 24kg. It was really hard for me to stay on track but i managed to get through it. I ate healthy foods only and worked out at least 4 times a week. It is totally worth it tho it is really hard and you have to give 100% of your effort to accomplish it.
