A little before and after progress picture.
Ok this is kind of embarrassing to post but I feel like it’ll give me some more motivation. I started eating healthy in 2013-14 wanting to change but I kept giving up. I gained a shit ton of weight and hated myself. Then I got to college about a month ago (2015) and decided it was actually time to change. I’ve ate super clean, busted my ass at the gym 5-6 days a week, drink gallons of water and use fit tea. I’ve lost most of my water weight but I know I have a long ass way to go and have to give it time but here’s a little progress/before and after pic 💪 (also if you have tips, suggestions, or products you use please let me know) ❤️❤️
