Such a cliche but I’ve battled my weight my entire life.. Tried diet after diet with no avail. I just figured it was my destiny to be big and I should probably just deal with it.
Until my boyfriend proposed to me on new years 2012. That’s the day my whole life changed. I told myself that no matter how much it hurt, no matter how hard it is, i am going to be a proud and beautiful bride. I started with cutting out all fast food and cokes. Got a gym membership and started working out 5 days a week. After about 10 lbs I would change my diet and exercise routine. Now I am able to run miles at a time, lift heavy and I understand what it means to “eat clean”.
I’m not saying it was that easy because I’d be lying. I got stronger. I’ve surprised myself so much throughout this whole journey.
I should have started this when I first started my journey because really I could go on and on about fitness, tips, tricks, struggles, accomplishments, however late I am I want to help any one who is struggling. I want to inspire! It’s been 3 years and I’ve gone from 280 to 160, size 24 to 8/10. All natural.
I’m here to tell you, if I can do it, you can too!! Seriously!
