vsg-queendiet:

Picture on the left was taken few months before I started my diet at the end of December 2015. 8 months later and I’ve drop 97 pounds. I remember that their was a point that my sweat shirt wasn’t even fitting over my stomach. Now it’s so roomy. I’m so thankful that I haven’t given up and kept going. I know from first hand that when you over 400 pounds you don’t feel like going to the gym or leaving the house. There was a point I wouldn’t even go anywhere because I was so embarrass because of all the weight I gain so fast. I realize my unhealthy addiction that I had with food. It’s one that I face everyday, but this time I choice to put healthy food into my body. Just wanna say that lose weight is never easy, but if you stick to it the results are phenomenal. Here’s to being healthy, staying strong, and never giving up.

How Did Americans Get Stuck With All Of These Drug Ads?
Drug ads give the healthcare industry an "incentive to make healthy people feel unhealthy" and often contribute to unrealistic expectations for what drugs can actually accomplish. On the other hand, these ads can also help reach those who aren't seeking help for their ailments and illnesses.
