Hi. My before picture was taken in April 2014 at 188 lbs. I am 5'4. I began going to the gym a lot and a year later there was no change. This year I started lifting weights and eating healthier. Then I saw results and I am now 165 lbs. I am healthier, stronger and leaner now with more energy than ever. I stay motivated by seeing my results and reading other peoples stories.

Kayaking July 2014 vs. September 2015
-70 pounds.
Face comparison because yes, I felt like doing it and because it’s my blog and I do whatever I want.
210 lbs vs 150 lbs.
Summer 2014 vs September 2015.I even feel cute these days.
Is this progress real? I can’t believe it, it is really happening…
