fitblrunderground:

I’m not done yet and I still have a long ways to go but it’s nice to look back time to time to see how far your have come. I originally started out at 310 pounds but in August I took my first back picture at 265 pounds and the December picture I came in at 210 pounds. I can’t believe the love handles I had!!!! But here soon I hope to see that scale read 180 to 190 pounds! =)

If you need help or support send me a message I’m always here to support anyone.

my-personal-experience:

The top left is the beginning at 178.2. The bottom left is 20 pounds less than that at 158.1, and the picture on the right is what I look like today at 144.0 lbs and a total loss of 34.2 pounds in 6 months. I’m not done yet but i was feeling a little down and out of motivation, so i figured i would give it back to myself! My goal is to be 125-135 (depending on how i look at 135) i just want to be healthy and happy and to look my best when i head off to college!!

Why you feel so lousy after a huge holiday meal

Why you feel so lousy after a huge holiday meal

Research has proved what we already know: Our brains can easily override our bodies’ signals to stop eating, even when we know the consequences will be unpleasant.
